A night out in Belgravia.....
Did you know there are over 4500 pubs in London? Well we visited three on our pub crawl on Saturday night in Belgravia. Belgravia is an alarmingly expensive residential area where most of the embassies are located. We met some friends at The Grenadier, once the Duke of Wellington's officers' mess. It is said that one of their ghosts still haunts the place. Then we moved on to the Wilton Arms, probably the most charming pub we've been to yet. We enjoyed a few pints there in front of the cozy fireplace. While our plan was for some pub grub, the kitchen closed so off we went for our first Indian food since we arrived...I know we can't believe its taken this long but it was worth the wait! We're looking forward to bringing our next guests to all these fun places. Speaking of...the Hockman Hotel is open from now through March 12th when Carrie, Marc and Matt arrive..what are you all waiting for?!
